Was there for just over 5 years good people and company. Always room to grow and move around in the many different departments the company has to offer. Training for new things is always a plus.

Downstream is a family owned company that has been in business for 20 years. They try to hire, train and keep great employees so I have pretty great coworkers. We all work hard and respect each other. We know that our work is important for our community and we are proud of what we do.

Management is concerned only for what they can achieve through lower employees. Very little to no acknowledgement to what an employee can achieve or has given to company growth. No loyalty at all to any employee. Is a great place to learn a skill but not a career oriented environment.

There's no clear organization throughout this office. Feld crews are left without clear instruction and are expected to know everything. Not a good place to work.

Downstream is a great company to work for. Every day is different due to the industry we are in. It is a dirty job. The best part of my job is working outside and getting to know fellow coworkers closely and building relationships with customers. The hardest part can be communication, especially during the busy seasons with a lot going on. No company is perfect. Love working here.
