In general I help many patients with their insurance needs. I have learned a lot about different personalities, how dental insurance policies function, etc. The hardest part of the job is attention to detail. I find the most enjoyable thing is to see my patients leave with a smile because I helped them pay their bill. Whether I helped the patient get it paid by the insurance or line of credit. The other thing is to see the patient right before they leave and say goodbye knowing they are satisfied with our service overall, which to me is the most important thing in my job function.
