Pharmaceutical Operations Technician/Analyst (Former Employee) –  Monmouth Junction, NJApril 16, 2019
There are no frills to the job. Everyone seems to work just to get the job done. Incentives are not that great and management does not really show that they care.

QA Auditor (Former Employee) –  Shreveport, LAOctober 16, 2018
Great company with great benefits. Training for employees to help them succeed and to advance. Fast paced but very rewarding. My manager was very helpful and had her employees cross train in the other departments

Manufacturing Technician (Current Employee) –  Shreveport, LASeptember 18, 2018
Poor management. Favoritism is blatantly apparent. No advancement. Incredibly micro managed which adds stress. Your just a spoke on the wheel easily replaced no matter if your good at your job or not. Clear targeting of employs to have them terminated or demoted from a position.

Sr. Manager, Government Contracts and Pricing (Former Employee) –  Princeton, NJAugust 7, 2018
In the U.S., leadership tries to make an effort, but corporate leaders in India are always undermining them. While the company's financial performance is slowly degrading, draconian Princeton has exercise equipment, xBox, and Foosball located in several employee gathering areas, but using them is frowned upon. They subsidize lunch in the cafeteria, but the vendor is not committed to providing superior food or service.
Pros
Princeton has exercise equipment, xBox, and Foosball located in several employee gathering areas.
Cons
using exercise equipment, xBox, and Foosball is frowned upon

Lacks Management
Pharmaceutical Operator (Former Employee) –  Shreveport, LAJuly 11, 2018
The entire time I worked at Dr. Reddy's - Shreveport they were being investigated by the United States Food and Drug Administration's Office of Criminal Investigations to determine whether the many incidents that occurred were due to willful criminal negligence.

I know this because I still have the business card of the Special Agent who was in charge of the investigation.

The mismanagement, lack of training, and lack of accountability was untenable.
Pros
Good pay scale
Cons
Everything else

Associate Analyst (Current Employee) –  Princeton, NJMay 1, 2018
It is a good place to start and gain some experience. The management is willing to train people who are ready to commit but is very under staffed and lay-offs happen all the time.

A Bootcamp - Corporate Version of the show "Survivor"
Survivor (Former Employee) –  Princeton, NJJanuary 30, 2018
The start up is every man for himself - No training and/or very little.
The pressure is on from the moment your systems are up.
Should you be fortunate enough to train yourself and feel confident, shortly thereafter the biased politics begin.
Management uses employees as pawns and pits them against one another for entertainment purposes.
No real structure. If you are brave enough to work here please have an exit strategy. The turnover is unbelievable.
Pros
Aquired alot of knowledge through Self motivation and learning.
Cons
The toxic management - employee dynamics become overwhelming.
