Work schedule is not flexible, strict on meeting productivity metrics, your solving tickets all day and the work becomes mundane. The Pros are is they do promote frequently, and the team members are great. They do provide catering on Sundays and Thursdays during NFL season.

Poor Work Life Balance

Overall the job originally presented during the interviews was easily understandable and straight forward. Once in the role many of the expected role responsibilities shifted drastically outside of the original scope of work. Additional work from outside teams were assigned to this role and expanded the necessary hours worked to achieve targets.

Horrible

Unprofessional management, dangerous environment, if you like to run a bar and restaurant while hosting, serving and bartending while you manager watches you. Then this is the place for you. HR gossips about your concerns to your manager and then receive retaliation for a simple concern like not getting a lunch break.

I thoroughly enjoyed working for the company when I was first hired. I was unfortunately forced to leave to do my unwillingness to relocate across the country after the office reopened post COVID.

Overall good

Good benefits but no work life balance. Colleagues are super friendly and passionate about coding. You probably have to work full 8 hours and be efficient and productive to get off in time.
