The manager the expectations of scheduling patients for their quota and no moral support just one set group you either fit in or you don't
Workload, environment, pay
Most clinics see large amounts of patients daily so getting them to respond after putting in a service request is very challenging.

My manager. The workload. Totally unreasonable. If I just had to take care of the 200 plus patients per week, I would have been able to do it. It's the endless tasks that are given besides that that killed me. Not realistic. Like being an office manager and receptionist in one without the pay! Plus can get up to 50 phone calls per day. Some take 10 minutes - new patients giving you all their info. and having to verify their insurance.
