never worked for a company where VTO was the standard for almost 2 1/2 months straight! hard to pay your bills when the company shuts down 4 to 6 hrs early every day for that long straight!

Excellent place to learn and hone skills for the industry. Coworkers are excellent and truly care. There is a competitive spirit but it is friendly and keeps product top quality. It's not easy, but it is a rewarding place to work.
Case Packaging Supervisor in Hazel Park, MI

From the very first day working as the case packaging supervisor with dreamfields, I could see lots of confusion, no organization and no standards, basically a company fighting to stay above water. From upper management to the disrespectful production supervisor I felt a sense of envy and to be terminated with no prior write ups or warnings speaks for itself.

Production Worker in Desert Hot Springs, CA

One of the easiest jobs you’ll have in your life. However, the work can be very tedious and the management or “leads” can be horrendous to work with depending on what shift you work. The leads are kinda like a cult of friends who have just been working there for about 2 years or more due to seniority, not earned. Most don’t serve any purpose they just have that title. Don’t expect to be formally trained either, the “lead” just tells you to ask whoever you’re sitting with to teach you, this leads to a lot of people in there not knowing what they’re doing or not doing it correctly leading to a lot of different techniques and the management doesn’t do anything about this. A lot of everything here is based on favoritism and no actual work ethic, just kiss up or sleep with one of the higher-ups and you’ll reap the benefits. Not a job for someone who cares to go above and beyond and prove themselves because they don’t care for that here. They want incompetent people who keep their mouths shut and don’t complain and are complacent. No point in trying to pick up the slack of others who don’t care to do the work correctly because they were taught incorrectly when there is no reward. If anything the people who do the least get rewarded the best. That being said yeah if you want a very simple, fun environment to work in with some fun coworkers and decent pay then this is the place.
