Horrible management, no room to move up, stressful work environment in office.
Outdoor marketing (Former Employee) –  Tucson, AZNovember 11, 2018
I worked in the outdoor marketing/ canvassing department,Bad management. Nobody ever gets a raise, there are supervisors that make less than new employees with no experience. They advertise that it's $25-$35/hr but it's $11/hr base pay then it depends on your commission, which the vast majority of the people currently, and over the last few years have averaged $15/hr or less. They advertise benefits but offer absolutely no benefits whatsoever. Management never listens to employees about anything they have to say and actually take it seriously. They are always changing hours on random days and times, often with barely an overnight notice. I could never work at this office again. I definitely do not recommend anyone else to either when it comes to the marketing department.
Cons
Pay, management, lack of respect, stressful work environment, one day off a week

Worst company I have ever worked for.
In home sales of windows (Former Employee) –  Tucson, AZJanuary 18, 2019
Big promises and delivered nothing. General manager is an HR nightmare, surprised they haven't been sued. Promised 2 weeks of training salary because GM took extra weeks to complete training, that didn't happen. Promised high income potential and that was never apparent, so called apts were few and far between and none of them were qualified. Slow pay or no pay if you are laid off. Favoritism in handing out appointments and questionable closing tactics. Just don't do it work for somebody else.

Amazing Company to build your career
Marketing (Current Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMJune 14, 2018
This company is large enough to have the benefits of a corporation, but still has the feel of being a family run business. The leaders are humble, but ambitious, and every day brings a new exciting challenge. Add having office pets, and you've got the perfect place to work.

I previously worked 20ears for a Fortune 100 company and felt satisfied with that relationship - fast forward to Dreamstyle Remodeling and life is so much better. Hugely successful, locally owned company that is growing at a rapid pace where they still treat you like family- compensation is extremely good for this market.

Wanted me to fire 3 people for no reason
Director of Events (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAFebruary 14, 2019
I was told to fire three people to send a message of fear to the rest of the team, that if they didn't do the job this is what would happen to them. I refused and two weeks later I was fired. This company loves to MICRO MANAGE.

These people just want money for themselves and want to use you for that reason. You won’t make anything.
Marketing Representative (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CADecember 26, 2018
This job is not worth it. You are definitely not going to make a lot of money like they promise. Think about it, it’s an entry level job and they promise you big bucks but will screw you over training hours and not pay you fully for the hours you worked during training. These people are just desperate to get loads of people to knock on doors and make sales when they’ll be getting most of the money. You really don’t stand a chance. The only thing that felt professional about this job was the uniform. Other than that, work was not professional.

Run don't walk away from this company.
Lead installer (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZDecember 14, 2018
This place is a human resource disaster. You can count on 12 to 18 hour days with no lunch because you have to demo and install the job in one day. This includes dealing with inexperienced managers, missing and broken parts, not having supplies in the wearhouse, fixing plumbing disasters FOR FREE when you remove the old shower. You will also be told to re-engineer walls FOR FREE because your manager ordered the wrong pan. You will also be asked to jack hammer the slab FOR FREE if the drain is in the wrong place. Also if the slab is uneven, you will be asked to pour cement FOR FREE. All of these for free items are not included in the original price or commission because no one knew about them until the demo was removed. When you call your manager with these problems, you'll be told to "just fix it".
The GM seems to like to lose installers and not care about fixing the problems the installers bring up. This company had 16 lead installers and lost 13 of them in 3 months. From the day I started working in the Phoenix branch all the helpers and installers complained about being broke. If you plan on being a helper to start, you will find yourself buried in debt and when you bring it up your manager won't care. The sale smen get paid 10 % and the lead installers get paid 8%. Do yourself a favor and stay away, you don't need the brain damage.

Production (Current Employee) –  Denver, COJuly 18, 2018
A typical day offers a quick meeting to define goals and process refinement for the company. Each team member, regardless of capacity, has a voice and opportunity to make real changes to any process due to the open-mindedness of management. The management team is always accessible, the culture at the office is one of sincere team-work and shared passion for what we do.

Lots of Opportunities
Human Resources (Current Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMJuly 10, 2018
This organization is growing quickly, which means that there are tons of opportunities for people who learn quickly and want to work hard. Leadership is open to new ideas, and the work is diverse and rewarding. The company is loyal and appreciates loyal, hard-working employees. The first employee ever hired is still working for the company after nearly 29 years - that says it all!

Talented Group of Energized Individuals
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (Current Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMJuly 10, 2018
Extremely fast paced and challenging work environment with a group of people that genuinely love what they do and are excited to be here which makes the "work" seem much more like getting to spending the day with your friends than have a "job." Family friendly environment with an owner and management team that are typically more concerned about their employee welfare than just profits.
Cons
None. Honestly this is a great place and I cannot think of any cons.

The Best Place I've Ever Worked!
Marketing (Current Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMJuly 10, 2018
Very close-knit, happy environment to work in. All of the employees take care of each other, and it really feels like you're part of a family. We have great celebrations for holidays and birthdays, we have two office cats, there's a lot of room for growth and learning, the office has plenty of natural light and it's very clean, management is really great about providing flexible hours. The work is highly independent, it feels nice to be trusted. I am very fortunate to work here.

Director of Recruitment (Current Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMMarch 22, 2016
It is difficult for a company to make progress when all 400 employees report directly to the CEO.

Development opportunities for a mere few.

Micromanagement.

Their management system is too top heavy to work under.
remodel sales (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZDecember 10, 2016
Never worked there! Everey decision made goes through CEO in Albequerque. Even hiring people. Despite my YEARS and YEARS of remodel experience...never got the job because never knew when CEO might say yes, or no, or come to town. After 5 weeks waiting to hear from someone finally gave up. Too bad I had excellent credentials. Seems typical for this company to sit on something until someone makes a decision.
