I see bankruptcy and financial ruin due to leadership descisions of the past...and current. Anyone who says that Drexel has a positive future is foolish. Their coop program is failing. Drexel’s coop program is living off of their old reputation...kind of like German engineering. They are overpriced and had to buy most of the student class this year with allowing a lower gpa and handing out more financial aid. They are in a nearly 1 billion dollar campaign to save their shirt. They leased their land to developers and now can’t fill dorms as promised in the contracts. Big dreams do not mean big returns. I wish them lots of luck but if I would not bet on their success in the near future. It is sad because Drexel is an icon..a staple in Philly, but collapse of larger institutions are already in our history books.

They give half-days alright. Know that they are doing this because they have not had merit increases in over 4 years....maybe 5 now. They spin it as the gift of time. I’d rather have more money in my pocket.
