This company is run by 2 male BCBA's with lots of experience. An experienced BCBA would feel at home here and there's lots of freedom with developing programming, as there is not formal system in place (which is both a pro and a con). Really great management

I really enjoyed my time at Driven Behavioral Support. There are two BCBA's (who also happen to be the founders), so the team is very close-knit. It's easy to reach both of them in the event of an emergency. Additionally, they're very understanding about personal emergencies and look out for their employees.
