From application to start date, it took me a little more than 2 weeks. The process was as follows:

Applied - Friday
Received a phone call - brief phone interview - Sunday
Interviewed in person the next day - Monday
Attended job preview - Tuesday
Final interview - Thursday
Drug test and background - Monday
Started - Saturday

From the time I submitted my application until I actually walked through the door to work - 15 days. Drury is a much better company than many of the franchised / hotel mgmt companies. The properties are corporately owned. It’s worth the wait if you wish to work for a good hotel brand. Good luck!

I applied on Indeed a week later Had my ohone interview. About three days later did my interview, took Drug test and a week later I was in training. I love this company. Amazing coworkers and Bosses that care. They do so much for us employees. They have dinners for us like Fried Chicken Day. Or nachos day. Wear what u want as long as it isnt yoga material or flipflops. What else could a person honestly ask for.
