The cultural interview takes place with manger and salon educator be prepared with a model and looking professional/ trendy otherwise you will not be considered.

First it was an audition, they asked me to bring in a model and perform a blow out. After the shop educator showed me how to create the style, she offered the job on the spot. I was then brought in for 4 days of training sessions.
