Must be part of the “Good Ole Boy” network. If not, wait 20 years and there maybe some opportunity for growth. There’s ZERO accountability. Especially on managers who are lazy. Very easy for management to slide by under the radar and perform just enough to get by or not perform at all. Almost like reporting to the twilight zone every day.
Worked there for 13 years and only saw the Comp plan good for 2 out of the 13 years. If you are motivated and disciplined as a sales person and want to get compensated for your talents don’t consider sales here.

Mostly supportive as long as you have available time and happen to take off on a day where a route manager is able to run the route.

If you gonna work here don’t work long term. Think short term and get out if you’re a young adult especially you can do better things tbh
