Take care of your front line and that includes Team Leads. I also agree with the POP system that works against employees. How can different job functions ( loading ( full pick grabs) unloading ( putaway) LTL- case picking have to hit the same numbers? Not sure what this company cares about safety is horrible, work culture is extremely poor and retention is non existent

Politics within management (including HR). Most management is promoted due to favoritism rather than ability, and it shows. Most issues in any given facility can be traced to incompetence in the office (management, shipping/receiving clerks) but because they are harder to replace, the floor level employees are blamed and fired. Most of those office personnel know they can't handle their jobs, so they suck up to upper management and HR managers to protect their jobs. Ot works. If you personally know about their mistakes, make sure they arent aware you know, or they will try to get you fired. But once you build up some seniority, they will try to get rid of you anyway, so they dont have to pay out the better wages that come with seniority. The only senior people they keep are ones that suck up to them. So invite them to your kids birthday parties and drink with them, etc.. maybe you will stay safe.
