If working security in hospital, you'll have about a 2 month process. What this process consist of is interview and drug test. Immunizations(hep b, chicken pox, measles mumps and rubella, tb skin test) , sled training, CPR training, Cpi training and you'll also have to get two sets of finger prints from your local police office. After that you'll be set up for orientation, which you will get paid for, but it's only 7.25 for each hour. After completing, you will have training for 2-3 days, which is regular pay and then boom.....you are on your on!!! You will be given your uniforms before starting. Good luck!

Do a background check on your supervisors. Pay your employees better. And be a little more understanding that this is a job. People have lives. Can’t live at the job 24/7 just because your supervisors would rather stress employees out than go through the trouble of hiring someone and training them right so that they stay.
