DSL Express Trucking Careers and Employment

If I were to leave DSL I would do it with proper notice but mostly because of personal and family reasons or better opportunities or a shift in career in another field. DSL does not want job jumpers and we try very hard to keep things smooth. DSL pays its drivers pretty well and maintained pay scales of up to 55 cents a mile even during coved at a time when other trucking companies were shutting down. Most of our fleet drivers have been here for years and our turnover is UNDER industry standards. That sais a lot about our quality of service and pay. We rarely id ever have drivers drive under 2200 miles. The median average is between 3000 and 3500 per week for guys and gals who can handle it. The highest weve seen recently was over 4500 miles during coved given we were delivering DOT exempt medical and food supplies to service our national emergency. Was not easy but we managed like everyone else and we percisted. We dont know who posted this response but its not possible to make $218 on 2000 miles period. .

Just be honest, hardworking and direct and good at what you do. Dont be late to deliveries. They will treat you well.
