This is one of those jobs that is what you make of it. If you come in everyday with a negative attitude you are going to not last long, however you come in with a positive one and want to learn everything you will be a valued employee that will progress quickly.

I see guys bringing home 8 or 900 a week but they are working 6 12 hour shifts a week if not 7 days a week. But thats a policy that is so wonderful. We all have unexpected bills come up. This allows you to handle them without having to get ripped of on a payday loan or somthing

Being bebind and getting mandated to work saturdays. I keep saying that if they would make it voluntary enough would show up or better yet mak 4 hours mandatory. I think you will find peoplewho would work for the ot. Then they couldnt gripe about the compant "making" them work

Not sure why this queztion is being asked. Are there people who are ashamed to work there? Or is this just a wuestiin to judge the company on. Anyway i tell everyone, i also tell them they should apply. Its the best job around with great supervisors and associates. I never get the referal bonus though. Who can go 3 months witbout takung time off? I wish they would change that rule

24 hours for new employees starting in January. Pro rated depending on when you start. Anyone with the company 3+ years gets 32 hours. Can't be carried over to next year but is paid out if not used by Nov. Only hourly employees get sick time.
