This is one of those jobs that is what you make of it. If you come in everyday with a negative attitude you are going to not last long, however you come in with a positive one and want to learn everything you will be a valued employee that will progress quickly.

So I see this isn't just a Lansdale, Pa thing! You pretty much train yourself at that facility! The management is a joke! The absolute worst management I have EVER served under my entire work life. The environment there is so stressful my doctor recommended vacation and personal time. It also started to interfere with my home life, character and personal health which was a vivid sign that it was time to move on.

Cutting to the chase, worst job experience ever!I temporarily worked as a AP analyst for the facility based in Clark,NJ.It was horrible, from mngt to employee training.l had a trainer on her way out so she basically had no interest in seeing me excel 1way or the other. My morale went from extremely excited to indescribably low from the interview to my first work day.My former supervisor was the boss from the Devil wears Prada 10 to the 10th power.Very nice and communicative during the interview process but the total opposite once i was hired(didn't even acknowledge me the same day i started)To this day i've wondered why she even hired me just to fire me 2 weeks later.I had a different trainer from the first disaster who worked well with me and even praised me on how fast i caught on and i was still let go.The only positive i took from this experience was the pay was great. My advice to anyone seeking employment,if you consider this company dont think longterm.Work, save your income as much as you can but seek employment elsewhere while working there, just my humble opinion.

Work environment is terribly frustrating. The amount of work given is hard to finish with the unnecessary obstacles set by coworkers in the given time frame.
