Depository Trust was an awesome experience,as I was able to learn the IT side of the service industry. My co-workers were a friendly confident bunch extremely knowledgeable and also willing to assist. We worked as a team. Management allowed us to take ownership of our calls; they had a hands off approach, to which I loved. They trusted us to get the job done and we did! We serviced anywhere between 35 to 60 calls per day, and we had the best clients around. It was a remarkable job and I loved every minute of it!
