A good place to work if you are in the right department
Executive Director (Current Employee) –  New York, NYApril 13, 2017
DTCC is like many companies in one. If you you work in the core business you will have a good work life balance and fair compensation as well as opportunities to advance. If you work in the solutions business, it is more like working in an investment bank just without the opportunity to advance that a larger company provides.
Pros
competitve compensation
Cons
limited upward mobility
