I don't know if this was true for others, but in my experience, there were only two or three people who really had any business working there on a daily basis. Everyone else was either rude, lazy, or just plain unprofessional.
It felt like over half the workforce was teenagers in high school, which isn't a problem by itself, but it was coupled by their attitude problems and lack of care. Some of them were even shift leaders, but never acted like it.
