This is definitely not a company to have a career. No growth within the company. This company does choose favorites. Management will never be up to par. When asking for help (with NO training) you are very likely to receive attitude for even asking.

There is no room for growth. Management is very unprofessional . If you arnt one of management favorite you are harassed and picked on. Work there staff in to the ground. Large turnaround of staff and providers. This is referring to the los lunas clinic. Again run from this employer.

It is definitely a teamwork feel; I love the passion for patient care that everyone has. Because there are different locations you can transfer if you need to, and the HR department is always there for you!

Management does not make working for this place easy. The providers are amazing. They really care about their patients. Staff has to work their tails off juggling tons of task and if your not on the managers good side by kissing up to them then you get the cold shoulder. I've never worked for a company that expected you to travel and not reimburse you. They expect so much out of the staff, without proper guidance.

This company has a high turn around on employees coming and going. There is always doctors leaving. Management never wants to accept the role when there is something going wrong with a patient. There are favorites. People can call in numerous times and not get fired. People can smoke and sleep, facetime when they are suppose to be working. I wouldn't recommend any patient to go there or someone to work there. If you do apply just be aware of what your getting your self into.
