It was really unprofessional, they didn’t seem to ask questions that they should for an interview. They also had promised career growth and other things that did not actually happen, and later said that they didn’t know what I was taking about. Very unorganized and disrespectful management.

I'm not sure anymore, but it seems like I was singled out for being who I am. I felt like it was racism at it's finest without infringing on my rights. I guess they assumed I would give up after being treated unfairly, but I was taught better than to give up in the face of discrimination. I went to school for business management and I'm good at my job. I would say that jealousy/fear of being replaced or favored, seems to be a factor in their decision, (which has affected my ability to make steady income now, after being lied to, is upsetting!) Very concerning for some one looking to stay with them and trying to make a career out of this place! My experience from the info I've gathered, is that not a lot of people choose to stay on at this facility and go to the distribution center as a result of the practices the staff has at this place! Not a very friendly management staff in my opinion and seem to operate under some sort of heirach system. I've never been thru this much unfair treatment before at a job.
