It was really unprofessional, they didn’t seem to ask questions that they should for an interview. They also had promised career growth and other things that did not actually happen, and later said that they didn’t know what I was taking about. Very unorganized and disrespectful management.
Really awful, they try to offer perks that they know they won’t fulfil just to get you on to the team. A lot of dishonesty and disappointment, left feeling used and like it was all a joke and game.
I was interviewed in a "one-way" video where you watch a short video / read a short question and have a couple of minutes to think about it before video taping your response. There will be no response or feedback from the company as to whether or not it went well or if you're still in consideration for the position.
I was interviewed by being asked a series of questions then having to videotape my reply. It’s the latest methods being used, but I found it distracting and impersonal.
Walk in and fill out application in lobby and interview on side

You basically go to the interview dressed like a decent human being, speak like you are respectful, have one fully functioning eye and a couple functioning limbs, and you are good to go because they cannot for the life of them figure out why people quit in droves.
