I think when the company started it was a good idea, but the people who started the company may not be aware of how it is being ran. There are no nurses or QMRP available to help staff with situations or emergencies, supervisors do not call you back, you have to call the on call person several times leaving messages and you may or may not get a call back. There is no technical support, no MAR available to check against meds taken or dosages, times, etc. Just not a good feeling when you work.
