The store I interviewed at was family owned so keep in mind it may vary based off location. However, I was told as a full time employee your insurance is paid upto 50% & you accrue vacation time after working two years. There is also little incentives at the store level you are awarded for being recognized as providing great service to customers.
None whatsoever.
They have no benefits.

Where I work, there’s vision, dental and health insurance. It’s quite good too, but you can only get it if you’re there a year. We have to pay for everything we get, at a 10% discount. There’s more part-time people, so those that do work full-time end up getting close to 60 hours and are LUCKY to see two days off a week. It takes a toll on you, but yet we have to fight in order to get our vacations. They’re “use it or lose it,” because they don’t roll over if you’re unable to get it. We can’t really make plans when we DO get vacation, because they don’t bother to tell us we’re getting it until the schedule is made up literally the day before.
