Cool people to work with
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Ashburn, VA - July 10, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedExcellent people to work with but really short-staffed at the Dunkin I worked, horrible management as well. On busy days some co-workers wouldn't show up and management wouldn't do anything about it. You end up doing the job of multiple people.

It was okay, coworkers are cool
Shift Leader (Former Employee) - Middleboro, MA - December 6, 2023
easy job just do not get wrapped up in "friends" do your job and go home. The manager is a little toxic I got let go for simply coming in on my day off!

Fun Productive

Dunkin' is an okay job for extra money or just getting started. Would not recommend long term as it differs by franchisee. Weekly pay was a huge plus!

Understaffed, pressure from management
Crew Member (Former Employee) - Cortland, OH - December 6, 2023
I worked midnights at the Dunkin in Cortland. We were constantly understaffed, with little support from management. Tasks were constantly divided and redivided, so it was difficult to know what expectations were.

Productive fast paced
Dunkin Donuts Crew Member (Former Employee) - Plattsburgh, NY - December 6, 2023
Fast paced, I can make pretty much any kind of coffee, lattee now. Foods are easy. Management, depends on who they are as a person. Most enjoyable id say was some of the customers. Can get stressful with fast pace.
Pros
Free coffee
Cons
Short breaks, fast paced

No Breaks
Crew Member (Former Employee) - Tempe, AZ - December 5, 2023
This company has workers scheduled for 9.5 hours with no allowed breaks. You cannot stop cleaning either or you will be audited by management. It’s not a very fun company

One of the worst places I’ve ever worked
Crew Member (Former Employee) - Westover, WV - December 5, 2023
Horrible pay, untrained management, short staffed, constant call offs and product theft. More drama than a high school about any and everyone, even if it was your first day. Employees taken advantage of constantly and guilted into working longer shifts, management sits in the office and watched the video monitors and complains when things are moving fast enough instead of helping
Pros
I quit
Cons
Whole entire place

Great place to start
Team Member (Current Employee) - Dyer, IN - December 5, 2023
A great beginner job . Very fast paced and understandable management! As long as you show your commitment when you are there, they are very loyal! Customers can be very difficult at times and sometimes it can seem a bit unorganized but at the end of the day team work is happening

Productive & Fun Work Place
Cashier (Former Employee) - Lincoln, RI - December 5, 2023
Great Management, great staffing, great customers, great tips. I worked at the Casino, we used table or slot points for transactions as well. Easy bus routes to Kennedy Plaza

It was okay
Crew Member (Former Employee) - 13607 Richmond Hwy Woodbridge VA - December 5, 2023
It was okay. It was great for a first job but looking back I took on many different jobs and skills for low pay. Still a overall positive experience, just would never work there again

Jobs at Dunkin'
Bad First Job
Baker (Former Employee) - Camp Pendleton, CA - December 5, 2023
No room for any advancement where I worked, poor and dishonest upper management, people did not care about quality or doing their job better because there were no rewards or encouragement for doing so.

I do not recommend it
Barista (Current Employee) - Lowell, IN - December 5, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The possible friendships you can make with the employees What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Management is very hypocritical and acts on emotions only. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Stressful when management is constantly watching the camera feed. Morning shift does not help out night shift

Poor management
Crew Member (Current Employee) - Edgewood, MD - December 5, 2023
Management is awful. You're lied to about your pay. Minors are not allowed to take breaks, no one is allowed to take breaks actually. Poor pay and rude customers.

don’t work at dunkin
Crew Member (Former Employee) - Fort Bliss, TX - December 4, 2023
the managers will have it out for you. they will actively avoid acting as proper leaders and will watch and wait for you to make enough mistakes to justify your termination. you can do your absolute best, work for free in the name of helping them cut down on labor, you can sacrifice your personal time to make checklists and handouts to help the team out, it does not matter. dunkin is notorious for horrible service. a good dunkin management team seems rarer than striking oil in your backyard.
Cons
everything

Not too bad but might find a different job
Cashier/Barista (Current Employee) - Frisco, TX - December 4, 2023
It’s usually fine but there are most times where I feel stressed. Like them not looking at the schedule to see if I’m working there or not. Don’t give me any time to figure out if I can help or not. It’s just really disorganized in all honesty. I mean I will give it a chance just a while longer but it’s probably best that I should find a better place to work at then here.
Pros
Get a free donut and a drink. Have a employees discount and breaks if need be.
Cons
Understaffed and disorganized. No management. And seems to be always lost or confused.

Okay Job
Crew Member (Former Employee) - Bristol, CT - December 4, 2023
The job itself is fine but coworkers are what make or break the job especially when they treat you like youre sub-human. I am being vague to keep my anonymity.
Pros
free drinks/food
Cons
No breaks
