Dunkin Donuts Shift Leader in Ashburn, VA
on March 10, 2020
Free drinks and sandwiches. Nice customers to say hello to everyday. Lousy management that do what they want and make the low paid staff do everything.
General Manager in Indianapolis, IN

Unless you are TRULY a morning person who likes stress and showing up for work at 4:30am, do not apply. Every single shift is understaffed and underplayed.
Dunkin Donuts Crew Member/Cashier in Stratford, CT
on May 16, 2022
I'm currently working at Dunkin and it is a fast-paced environment ESPECIALLY in the mornings. It's pretty slow at my store in the afternoons so it feels as if your shift is dragging on for so long. The manager doesn't give you a set work schedule so the days you work, change every week. It was a bit intimidating at first to try and learn everything because of how fast-paced it was, but it became muscle memory fairly quickly
Shift Leader in Farmington, CT

Good for if you're a teenage kid looking for some resume building. Great for a first job as it teaches you a lot of the basic "work life" skills such as cashier, food safety
Crew Member in Hammond, IN
on May 16, 2022
The hardworking crew members make every day duties less hard and more simple to complete. As long as everyone puts in their part while being attentive to what needs to get stocked and listen to what the customer accurately orders it's a smooth easy Job.

Interview Questions

How would you be a good asset to the company and why should i hire you?

Shared on September 12, 2021

For me, the manager asked anything interesting about myself so he could get an idea on who I was, if I had reliable transportation (as I am a minor), what preferred hours I would like to work at (he was really flexible with days and times) and if I would be reliable on being available on weekends, holidays, etc... He also asked what after school activities I had as well so in case I can't work after school, he'll know about it. Lastly, he asked why I wanted the position and why should I be hired there.

I just had an interview here in Florida I will say I was hired on the spot. (maybe they needed people immediately or something). I did my application online and got a call the next day to schedule the interview. fast forward, I walked in on time, the ladies up front asked me to sit and wait for the manager. it was a good ten-minute wait. after she came she just told me when I was available and if I had any job experience at fast food. after that, she asked me for my driver and ss and then she gave me a big paper to fill out at home. no big questions or anything just a little talk and I was hired!
