Where I work, there’s vision, dental and health insurance. It’s quite good too, but you can only get it if you’re there a year. We have to pay for everything we get, at a 10% discount. There’s more part-time people, so those that do work full-time end up getting close to 60 hours and are LUCKY to see two days off a week. It takes a toll on you, but yet we have to fight in order to get our vacations. They’re “use it or lose it,” because they don’t roll over if you’re unable to get it. We can’t really make plans when we DO get vacation, because they don’t bother to tell us we’re getting it until the schedule is made up literally the day before.

I applied on indeed and the manager reached out to me within a week. She asked for me to come in and we set up a date and time. She gave me an application to fill out. I was done within 15 minutes. Wasnt really an interview so it takes away the suspense if you're going to get hired or not

Higher pay rate. One cannot survive on minimum wage! Have open communication with your employees and leave your problems at home! Don't take your anger out on your coworkers!!

You can move up fast at my location you can go from crew member to shift leader or head shift leader within 1-3 months which gives a fairly heft pay raise and gets you closer to manager position which garners a salary pay and fairly large bonuses.

Uniforms, yes. It seems to depend on the manager or higher-ups on what the uniform (the clothing that isn't given to you) will be which the manager of your Dunkin Donuts will tell you either during the interview or when you're filling out paperwork. For me, it's a white polo shirt, blue jeans, and black, non-slip shoes along with the brown apron, hat, and nametag.

Horrible work in a very messy place. Everyone complains and cleans nothing. Only up side is you can take any food you want, go betide the counter when your off the clock and make and take anything you want. The manager don't care. And if you vape well she don't care about that either. Just be lazy and do nothing and get paid and everything is free. Been going on for years so no one cares.
