If you were in charge, what would you do to make Dunkin' Donuts a better place to work?

  • If I was in charge I would have my employees paid more. The right amount of people per shift and the right training. They toss everything at you and you have to figure it out. Upper management should care more. They go through staff way to fast. To stressful and you are expected so much and paid so little and on top of that your checks will be wrong and they won’t care!

  • I would make sure it is 2 people each shift. Whoever worked more than 5 hour would get to eat. Even 5 hours would get to eat and sit after the first hour. I would make sure using the hours everyone is fine with. I would have a 3rd person working 5 and less hours to overlap and help at 2 times. So late afternoon and a bit of night at times.

It is not ok how they have one person at night. Even at 24 hour places.

  • Better hourly rates, Better training.

  • Honestly, I would make sure that there are enough employees and increase the pay because the rushes are crazy and barely get any breaks. Sometimes I am left to close by myself in the afternoon, but I think having 2 people close would be great. A lot of uniform color options for the crew members would be cool too.

  • If I were in charged of a dunkin donuts I would make sure all my employees feel comfortable and safe at work. I would gave breaks out as needed. Pay more money and treat all my employees and customers with respect. It's hard working at a business being yelled at and verbally abused all the time.I have experienced this and I know how it feels to be pressure underpaid and not to have a break. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and fair.

  • On Tuesday 09/08/20 9:06 a.m. Montauk Hwy. & Herkimer Mastic Long Island I observed a DD Driver worth mentioning in regards to A-1 Safety. With a busy crossroad the driver approach slowly stopping at the light using blinkers I saw from the pathway that speed was cautious. Being a trained UPS driver I know how important it is to practice Safety to caution I applause the driver as well as trainers. Well Done Dunkin Donuts

  • Apply a DD mascot at some of the larger, more populated locations/areas!👍😀
