What advice I can give the CEO of Dunkin. Stop letting these managers get away with how they treat their employees and customers. I have worked with some managers that treat their employees and customers like dogs and still they still have a job. Let that be a crew they get fired and can't get their job back.Give out breaks and pay more money to your employees
Give your employees bathroom breaks
Higher pay rate. One cannot survive on minimum wage! Have open communication with your employees and leave your problems at home! Don't take your anger out on your coworkers!!
Drug testing if not the employees then the management.
Make sure your team members take regular standard breaks according to the local law, both corporate and franchise operations. Happy team=Happy guest.
Definitely would ask for a little better pay if the ceo reads this . It is a extremely fast paced job and often times there is not enough help in the floor due to young high school kids calling out etc. thank you.
I would ask him to have his company be more detailed orientated by listening more attentively. The customer, then employees and managers. Institute a whole new training program geared towards customer satisfaction based on market feedback. I also would like to see senior, military, aarp member discountes etc. Volume and quality with attention to details is a great place to evaluate.
I was working at the Dubois Dunkin for almost 2 yrs.during this time I went from a crew member,to shift lead to ASST Manager to general manager with in 9 months now yes I have worked for many Dunkin in over 16:yrs and never have I ever seen one ran like this one ..there was so much favoritism between the district manager and avcrew member it was out of hand, well my DM never trained me properly,he gave me about 2 he's of training, well I begged him n still nothing,I said I would train on my time and still nothing.
6 months went by n yes I did bring alotvof positive to the store but it still wasn't enough.i took a little longer comprehending everything then a reg trained employee due to my learning disability. Our Dam still did nothing except tell me he would put his fav in charge me back as ASST Manager , n said if I didn't step down I could get fired.. is he for real??? Well I did step down n no sooner did tlhis fav take over n push me asid n never treated me like his
I have read all the remarks and it sounds like you have quite of few unhappy employees ( boy that's not good ) and with those ratings, unhappy employees I wonder how long you are going to be in business !
Please Sir, look at the remarks and actually read them . I'm a 66 yr old women and I can tell you this if you don't pay attention to your employees, on what they are saying YOU WILL HAVE NO MORE DUNKIN DOUGHNUT .
It's like the old saying happy wife happy life, well this almost the same these employee's are not Happy now what is big Daddy DOUGHNUTS going to do. ?????? You have problems on your stores.
You have a great product , but if you don't have employee 's that does not love what they are doing Then you have a real problem.
I HAVE BEEN IN SALES over 37 years and I can honestly say this is sad..
Make sure that you show a positive attitude and always respect the customers and other employees
