  • What advice I can give the CEO of Dunkin. Stop letting these managers get away with how they treat their employees and customers. I have worked with some managers that treat their employees and customers like dogs and still they still have a job. Let that be a crew they get fired and can't get their job back.Give out breaks and pay more money to your employees

  • Give your employees bathroom breaks

  • Higher pay rate. One cannot survive on minimum wage! Have open communication with your employees and leave your problems at home! Don't take your anger out on your coworkers!!

  • Drug testing if not the employees then the management.

  • Make sure your team members take regular standard breaks according to the local law, both corporate and franchise operations. Happy team=Happy guest.

  • Definitely would ask for a little better pay if the ceo reads this . It is a extremely fast paced job and often times there is not enough help in the floor due to young high school kids calling out etc. thank you.

  • I would ask him to have his company be more detailed orientated by listening more attentively. The customer, then employees and managers. Institute a whole new training program geared towards customer satisfaction based on market feedback. I also would like to see senior, military, aarp member discountes etc. Volume and quality with attention to details is a great place to evaluate.

Please Sir, look at the remarks and actually read them . I'm a 66 yr old women and I can tell you this if you don't pay attention to your employees, on what they are saying YOU WILL HAVE NO MORE DUNKIN DOUGHNUT .

It's like the old saying happy wife happy life, well this almost the same these employee's are not Happy now what is big Daddy DOUGHNUTS going to do. ?????? You have problems on your stores.

You have a great product , but if you don't have employee 's that does not love what they are doing Then you have a real problem.

I HAVE BEEN IN SALES over 37 years and I can honestly say this is sad..
