Dunks is franchised so their not all owned by the same company. I've been a full time employee for 5 months..the first 3 months were considered "probation period" after that, I received full benefits including sick days, vacation, paid holiday (Xmas) and insurance...and I am about to get a raise as well...love the dunks I work for..
