You have to work full-time in order to receive sick days.

We were never allowed sick days unless we literally could not show up. There were multiple times the manager would force the employees to come in while sick and force them to go on the line and make customers orders. Employees would be vomiting, but not allowed to leave until the next shift was there so the manager didn't have to leave her office.

A week of sick day if you were really sick just needed a doctors note for everyday that you were going to miss.
