I work in dunkin for last 4 years I never get any sick paid I know most dunking n have a sick pay but when wee ask our manager about this she allways ignore it.

We were never allowed sick days unless we literally could not show up. There were multiple times the manager would force the employees to come in while sick and force them to go on the line and make customers orders. Employees would be vomiting, but not allowed to leave until the next shift was there so the manager didn't have to leave her office.
