Sales Associate - Retail (Former Employee) –  San Leandro, CADecember 21, 2017
My typical day would be to stock shelve. Match paint to customers specs. There was no room for advancement nor did management seem to care about their employees.
Pros
I had a job
Cons
Low pay. Mandatory overtime and no room for advancement

R&D Senior (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CANovember 10, 2017
Good school of learning. Nevertheless, management was also terrible, a poor performance in term of program development. Maybe it had to do because company's under-development past. The company was under a modernizing procesess anyway.
Pros
Best medical insurance I ever had. It did not last longer.
Cons
Low salary

Local manager was next to useless.
Customer Service - Sales (Former Employee) –  Thousand Oaks, CAAugust 21, 2017
Manager was given his job despite no background in paint or related industries. Weakest part of his performance was employee relations. Little or no acknowlegment of employee contribution. Management worked on a negative reinforcement basis versus positive.
Pros
Customers and work were enjoyable.
Cons
Simply, current manager.

Professional Color Consultant (Former Employee) –  Costa Mesa, CAAugust 1, 2017
It was a good place to work to learn sales and how to talk to clients in need of color help. They demand a lot from designers to stock and fix the store. Also to assist contractors in their products. So as a start job to get yourself income is good, but if you want to advance as a designer, this is not the place for you.
Pros
healthcare

management is always changing
