It's a really good entry level job and they have pretty good benefits (IMRF, PTO, sick days, paid holidays, personal time off, etc). It is also pretty flexible if your coordinate accordingly. Overall I have met some wonderful people while working at DuPage County however; the opportunities were very limited. No advancement for certain individuals.
