People that work in valley view thru onboard contractors that fail the test should not have to wait 6 months to reapply.people that have been working there should get first shot before hiring off street.

See about starting training schools that the company can run and use the people. It is setup in that the company would get a percentage of their pay if working for other companies, for a set period of time. I could not go to school and I was trained by DuPont at Tecumseh Kansas 1958 & on. Pass# 25, payroll 510

Hire from a pool of people already trained and back ground clearance after a trial pierod of 90 days or so thru Addeco
