Culture among the workforce was very family-like. There were a few who, if it didn't go their way, they tried to start problems. If they didn't like you they would make it their job to get you. Management was another story. The Management here is HORRENDOUS. They don't care if you have been there 3 weeks, 3 months, or 3 years. If someone starts a rumor about you, they believe it to be true. Especially if it comes from someone who has been there a long time.
