Depends, if you know the plant manager or anybody in upper management temp to perm in 30 days guaranteed. If you have no ties to anybody in management you'll be a temp for months.

Rotating 12 he shifts. Until the holidays then 5 8s so they don't have to pay o.t through the holidays.

Pretty much try to work you as hard as possible as many hours as possible they do not care about nothing else but getting their pipe produced no matter what way or at anybody’s expense communication is 0 Horrible Pl. to work

There is no sickleave you get a point system after so many points they just totally fire you regardless of what it was for even if it’s kids if you have kids this is not a job for you you can’t miss any days the company is only efficient at handing out attendance points and that is it

It felt great to let others know how terrible of a company this is to work for I can’t say the same for Mexichem... only the Dura line shop in Evansville. I promise you this is a dead end job and you will not be happy with it please take my word for it before you apply here
