Depends, if you know the plant manager or anybody in upper management temp to perm in 30 days guaranteed. If you have no ties to anybody in management you'll be a temp for months.

There is no pace of work it’s either you work as fast and as hard as you can and do what the boss that sits in his air-conditioned office all day and does nothing says otherwise they will just replace you with somebody cheaper to work ! This company does not care about their employees no matter how much they would say they do their actions prove different it’s all a big fake front !

Pretty much try to work you as hard as possible as many hours as possible they do not care about nothing else but getting their pipe produced no matter what way or at anybody’s expense communication is 0 Horrible Pl. to work

There is no sickleave you get a point system after so many points they just totally fire you regardless of what it was for even if it’s kids if you have kids this is not a job for you you can’t miss any days the company is only efficient at handing out attendance points and that is it
