If a family member is already working there and another family member applys there,with the same last name, they shouldn’t be singled out for the position. Just because there related to an employee who already works their. I don’t find it fair and i would change that rule.
If i could give just a little bit of advice. would be to have a more flexible schedule to their employees. they shouldn't have to be available every single day of their life to the place, we work there we don't own the place. if i owned the place or ran the place if an employee needs one day of week off put them on a different day. and rotate weekends off. people do have a life out side of that place, there is no way a person should be available 7 days a week if they are part time.
