The environment really sucked. always hearing hours are going to get cut. No compassion for out side family life. But if that is what you like then go for it.

If a family member is already working there and another family member applys there,with the same last name, they shouldn’t be singled out for the position. Just because there related to an employee who already works their. I don’t find it fair and i would change that rule.

The most stressful part about working at this location is getting to your job through the airport going through security everyday and then there's no Grace period Also the micro management, someone is always on your back continuously sometimes I even time how long you go use the bathroom and come back

The hours are retail hours, what they don't tell you during the interview process is that if a flight is delay you have to stay and service that flight however long it takes
