Easy responsibilities and easy work. Laid back environment. Not many difficult tasks to engage in. Great starter job for someone with no experience to learn how to enter customer service work industry

Sales!
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Wellesley Island, NYAugust 4, 2018
The number one goal here is to sell, sell, sell. I enjoyed selling products and getting people to upgrade to a higher quality purchase. I also enjoyed the flow of international customers.

typical work day
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  College Park, GAJuly 11, 2018
My duties consisted of providing customer service and exceptional product knowledge and sense of urgency. I made sure I greeted the customer and gave them the ability to come to me with any questions and concerns about the particular product they were interested in instead of hovering/ hounding them to but something they had no interest in.
Pros
discounts on food and anything related to Duty Free
Cons
Having to make sure someone is not piggy backing you in risk of both of you loosing your job.

The job was a great experience but they wasn’t willing to work with you on any mis happens. The pay rate for a supervisor
Cashier Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLJuly 10, 2018
The job had great experience and ways to build excellent skills . Learning how to work with people from all over . Knowing the difference and the flight and packages . Being able to coach more when it came to that would’ve help understand more of the concept of it .

Don't expect praise from anyone
Visual Merchandising Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Miami, FLMay 3, 2018
This is a fast-pace job with little acknowledgment from the upper management. They do not praise you for your work but will chastise you fro any mistakes made. There isn't much to be said about the workload as it isn't steady but there is always something to do in the 12+ stores. The best part of the job are all the events that are set up in the stores that change every 15 days.
Pros
Benefits, hours, location
Cons
lack of management approval

Productive, and Collaborative
Marketing Intern (Former Employee) –  Hollywood, FLMarch 16, 2018
Every summer I have interned for this company I have learned various programs and techniques. Everyone is so helpful, and teamwork is a given. I will say the hours can extend than 8 hours but you never have a dull moment in the marketing department. The department makes you feel comfortable and doesn't mind explaining things to you.

Store Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLJanuary 9, 2018
Unstable schedules, favoritism between the upper management. If you are looking for a place that you wont grow ever in the company, and be stock for life, this is your company.

Only apply if this is your last resource
