Beauty Advisor/Cashier (Former Employee) –  Miami international airportFebruary 4, 2017
I liked working here at first. But problem is the attitude of the people and the bad communication from your managers make your job hard because you must know how to work together as a team. Favortism is optimal in this job. Not to mention they dont care about your health benefits.

Great pay

Loss of management control, no team, no benefits

Too much DRAMA
Luxury Specialist (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GADecember 2, 2016
Management is messy They hire anybody. They're very unorganized. They make up rules that are not in handbook, and try to punish you for it. This job is for someone fresh out of high school or that may be in desperate need of a job.

A typical day was stocking and cleaning. The most enjoyable part of the job were some of the coworker. The hardest part was dealing with management and figuring out how to do stuff without any help or trainning. What I've learned were some skills about watches and sunglasses.

I.T Support (Current Employee) –  Hollywood, FLOctober 24, 2016
A typical day consist of opening and balancing of the stores in the morning in order for operations to run smoothly throughout the day. I have learned that a day without learning is a day wasted. By far the best management team I have had the pleasure to work with. Absolutely no complaints. This goes as well for my fellow co workers, who have been more of a real team. The hardest part of the job is running across a job that may seem at time, impossible. However, I have also learned that no job has been impossible without the support of my team. The most enjoyable part of the job is the knowledge that I acquire and have acquired on a daily basis.
Pros
Learning and advancing is encouraged.
Cons
Advancement is more difficult in this company.
