So sad about this company you work your butt off don't take breaks so they can keep up and they do you wrong if company that I have ever worked with that turns against you because you have a death in the family they expect you to come in and work the next day if you have to take time off you get fired but people can come in high as a kite and still work

Unorganized and chaotic

Most days you just get yelled at by main site bosses for stuff issues they create, you’re expected to go above and beyond everyday for every issues that cooperate causes. Inside relationships with cooperate HR and Area Management makes everything stressful. Very unprofessional workplace.

It isn't really hard to get an interview with DXE. They offer several different temp positions as well as temp to hire positions. The pay is decent for how easy some of the jobs are. The management is very friendly and helped with any issues or concerns.

Poor management

Tell City office has a horrible staff. They're nothing but disrespectful and they care more about your personal life than how well you work. If they know you outside of being an applicant, they're gonna judge you based on what they've heard.Wouldn't recommend. If I could have given 0 stars I would've.

Poor Management

Poor management, favortism, unprofessionalism, discrimination, inexperienced management with poor leadership and decision making skills. Failure to treat employees equally. Ignoring workers that are smarter than them but promoting workers that are undeserving. Decent pay but the national average for a quality inspector is much higher than what they offer. No benefits. No raises. Only raise is through promotion but they are very selective in who is chosen. Nice schedules. Work is not hard.
