Extremely toxic. Management doesn't know how to drive business growth, their sole focus is cost cutting. Every department is underfunded to the point where necessary work simply doesn't get done, then when it explodes on them they stick a bandage on until the next time.
And make no mistake, despite the US headquarters this is an Indian company. Every position possible is moved to India.
This place is soul crushing.

Get rid if a lot of management. It's a too many Chiefs and not enough indians type of place to work.
It's trying to pace-up for digitization and taking lot of efforts towards it however employees are not satisfied due to hierarchical issues and very few opportunities.
9 hours a day. Sometimes more sometimes less. I'm one of the lucky ones. There are many people in infrastructure that are leveraged across so many accounts that they work every single weekend in the year. It is routinely common/expected that people work on their vacations.
