Best practices have been ignored and any attempt to suggest improvements have been met with defensiveness and derision. Any opportunity to grow and advance has been squashed in this toxic culture. inflated egos, office politics and administrative incompetence would prove to be bigger obstacles. These dynamics are not conducive to process-improvement, innovation, and productivity. Personnel are going cowboy without so much as a communication between team members and I have never been more ineffectively micromanaged in my entire career.
