Instead of putting money into buying new facilities, go work in every facility you own and pay your bills!. Start paying your employees that are doing the work better and stop focusing on how things run on paper. This was by far the worst place I had ever worked for including fast food places.

I pretty much was hired on the spot. Just when I started they had a low census so I had to wait to start. Now you interview, drug test, and start. They will run the background check while you train

Policy changes every year. Sometimes it's an amount of days and sometimes it's an amount of hours. But good luck taking any vacation. They decline you due to lack of staff.

As long as you are part of the clique you are fine. Many many people act as if they are the only ones doing all the work but spend more time in the bathroom or at the ice machine or sucking up to management. The hard workers quit real fast.

I walked in, in my pjs filled out an application, and the current don pulled me in her office and gave me an interview. Then they called back for a second interview and was hired.
