A typical day at Dynamic Recovery Solutions
Written by RECOVERY SPECIALIST (Former Employee) from Greenville, SC on April 9, 2018
A typical work day for me was getting to work, clocking in at 7:55 am, and immediately log into the dialer. Then I would wait maybe 10-30 seconds and receive my first call of the day. Inbound or Outbound, either or. Then about 20 min after I was working, my team leader would show up at her designated time. By that time almost everyone would be at work - more ... and at their cubicles working and taking calls. I would take a 15 min break at 10 am, expected to be back at my desk taking calls at 10:15 sharp. Continued calls, pushing to get these customers to pay their debts, offering all options that I had ... - less
ProsGreat pay, two breaks other than lunch, really good location to get great diverse lunches.
ConsHealth insurance was absolutely over priced for the least coverage, under management was always taking advantage of their power, no way to excel in the company.
