Some opportunity with a lot of stress
There are opportunities for growth but that comes with a lot of stress, late days, weekends, and a pat on the back. There's barely any work/life balance as it is frown upon if you have to be out of the office for any reason, whether you're in the hospital or your child is sick. Too many rules regarding what you wear, how you act, how you talk, and so on.

Not Worth the Time
If you work anywhere outside of sales for this company then you are over worked, under appreciated, and poorly paid. You won’t get actual design experience unless you suck it up and stay around until people on your team start quitting. If you’re look for a design title to put on your resume, then this is your place. Otherwise I would steer clear of it.

Fun Place, Great Workers
I love working here! They do fun activities, reward their employees and help advance you to whatever position you want to be whether it is becoming a manager, vice president of the company, etc. They appreciate their employees and the people are fun to be around.

Busy and Stressful
A typical work day is fast paced and constantly trying to reach goals. There is opportunity for growth but along with growth comes stress, late days, weekends, and getting yelled at. Work/life balance is non-existent as it is frowned upon when you're out of the office for any reason, whether you're in the hospital or your child is sick. Strict rules about everything: what you wear, what time you get in, what you say, how you act, how often you laugh, etc. These attributes can and will determine whether you get fired or promoted.

Poor company to work for.
My first month I was cornered and told I was a negative impact on my coworkers and the company. If you walked in 1 minute late they wrote it down as a tardy. Leadership spoke down to you and like you were 5. The pay sucks. PTO? Forget about it. You earn less than 5 hours a month starting. Sick time? None. If you like a company that's run like a highschool, then go for it. following legal
