The main issue I had in working for ETRADE was that they forced you to up-sell to clients all the time. Customer service was never a priority. Someone could be calling for a password reset, or for a question about their portfolio, but helping the caller address their needs is not a concern for management. The only thing they care about is to be able to get a caller to move his or her money to ETRADE, by hook or by crook. If you have good ethics, this is not going to be a place you'll enjoy working at.
