I was glad EfAb was my first boilermaker job because they took the time to explain how the boiler work to me that rotten through it there’s a lot of old-timers there and none of them seem to be bothered that I was a female nor that I was the first year apprentice and that makes everything go by smoothly as a team names like that

Management keeps the shop efficient. The coworker are always friendly and in a spectacular mood. The atmosphere is bare non. The projects leave you feeling accomplished and learning constantly.

E-Fab is a small company which enabled me to gain a lot of experience in a lot f areas. I was able to gain a lot of certifications while working there in a lot of weld processes, as well as gaining a lot of experience in working with different types of machinery.
