Very toxic environment. It's worst than high school or junior high. There is no real structure. Management is not willing to do their part not take responsibility for anything. It's all a blame game. No training...you are thrown to the wolves immediately.

When the boss was in town, she would have a catered lunch for the whole sales and design office and the heads of the various departments. It was only once a week for the meeting of all departments or a communication meeting.

This company will go out of their way to make sure your life is a living you know what! They want 200% of their employees but only give 10% to their employees. A typical day at work can be 20+ hours a day and then tell you during that 20 hours that you can NOT take a lunch break. The hardest part of the job is the constant travel. Typically a service guy will drive 85,000 miles a year in a service van or a Budget truck and it doesn't matter to the management if there is 2' of snow on the ground they want you on your job even if you have to drive 16 hours in that 2' of snow. Most of the employee's are offered a job from a bar where the local hangout is. If you can breath and have a clean drivers record they will hire you. The most enjoyable part of my job is when I can enjoy my days off if and when I get them.
